Couples Therapy Resources in Toronto
Life in Toronto is chaotic, as we balance work, social, and family obligations, our romantic partnerships can feel the impact. This guide is for Torontonians looking for a little support with relationships. These options are accessible (and affordable) for anyone living in the city.
1. Books for Relationship Improvement (+ where to find them in Toronto)
These are books that can help kick start your couples therapy journey, can be read as you go through it, or may just be the support you are looking for. Each of these books can be found at the Toronto Public Library and accessed free of charge. The Toronto Public Library offers e-books, audiobooks, and physical books of each of these titles.
Where else to find them
There are several fantastic independent book stores in Toronto that carry relationship support and improvement books.

Retreats and workshops are an easy way to learn new skills and identify areas where you need more support. They are a great option for anyone with a busy schedule and limited time.

3. Find the Best Couples Therapist
It is important to find the therapist that fits best for you.

Most therapists offer a free consultation and this is an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the therapist's approach and ensure that it feels like the right fit for you and your partner.

4. Affordable & Sliding Scale Couples Therapy
