Governing Law And Choice Of Forum

Each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and the federal courts of Canada located in such province for purposes of any action relating to the interpretation or enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement, and agrees that any legal proceedings arising under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted in such province.

Final Agreement

This Agreement supersedes any and all prior arrangements, whether oral or written, express or implied, with respect to the use of the Site and its Contents.
