Hi. I’m Katherine and I am a passionate and curious therapist specializing in couples, relationships, and sexual health.
My Training
I have specialized training in couples and relationships therapy, and draw from elements of emotionally focused therapy, solutions focused therapy, narrative therapy, and attachment-based therapy. An integrated approach to therapy allows me to meet you where you are at and tailor our work together to best fit your needs.

Commitment to my practice
When I am not working with my clients, I invest my time in learning about couples and relationship therapy. I am always looking to improve and deliver great service to my clients by supervising other therapists and investing in continuing education training.
Supervision
To ensure I provide therapy that is effective and ethical I engage in regular supervision with Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) approved supervisors. In addition, I also attend regular peer supervision with other therapists.
