Couples Therapy

Areas of Focus:

  • Communication

  • Conflict

  • Intimacy

  • Infidelity

  • Life Transitions

In couples therapy our conversations will provide you with opportunities to identify and shift negative and painful cycles, explore and understand the impact of the past on your current relationship, and find new ways to communicate with your partner. My hope is to provide you with a space where you feel comfortable and supported in exploring new and meaningful ways of communicating with your partner and strengthening your relationship.

You and your partner might be struggling with recurring conflict, a loss of connection, mismatched sexual desire, or uncertainty about the next step in your relationship.
