I offer couples and relationship therapy in-person and online. Our conversations will provide you with opportunities to identify and shift negative and painful cycles, help you explore and understand the impact of the past on your current relationship, and allow you to develop healthy communication strategies with your partner.

About me

I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist living and working in Toronto. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming. I welcome couples and individuals of diverse backgrounds and identities and strive to provide open, empathic and non-judgmental support.
